- Age: 18-35 years as of September 29, 2023
- Educational qualification:
- Supervisor: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Maintainer: Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline from a recognized institute
- Store (Assistant Store): 12th pass with ITI in relevant trade
- HR: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 02 years of experience in HR
- Account (Assistant Finance): Graduate in Commerce from a recognized university with 02 years of experience in Accounts
- Security: 12th pass with ITI in Security discipline

- The application fee is Rs. 590 for General/OBC Category candidates and Rs. 295 for SC/ST/EWS candidates.
MP Metro Various Post Recruitment 2023 : Exam Stage
The selection process for the MPMRCL Various Post Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following stages:
- Online Screening
- Document Verification
- Interview
The online screening will be based on the candidate’s educational qualification and experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and interview.
The selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for a period of one year. The contract may be extended for a further period of one year, subject to the performance of the candidate.
