Job Responsibilities
As a Corporate Mobility New Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing work visas and other mobility-related documentation
- Responding to employee queries on visas and mobility policies
- Working with travel and visa agents to ensure timely submission and collection of applications and passports
- Approving vendor invoices and validating documents
- Interacting with employees to validate work breakdown structures (WBS)
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Process work visas – collecting complete documents for processing invite letter / work permits.
- Respond with complete solution to queries on visas (if needs with help of Analyst, Senior Analysts/Specialists) within SLA.
- Real time update of visa trackers and ServiceNow with each step and weekly update on work permit status to applicants
- Approving the vendor invoices and Validating the documents against the invoice image.
- Interacting with employees to validate Wbse.
- Working on report (Allocation – Pre-Initiation – ServiceNow report)
- Work with Travel/Visa agents to ensure timely submission and collection of applications and passport.
- Continuously improve systems knowledge, and communications skills
- Perform any projects/activities assigned by the Team Lead / Manager
- Required to move into other teams such as operations when there is a requirement.
- Correspondence – Able to draft mails using proper business communication language,
- Aptitude for customer service
